Waterhouses Vathorst Amersfoort

The water houses are build along a boulevard. They consist out of three housing blocks, all with one side along the water. The future owners were given the opportunity to choose between living on the ground floor or living on the first floor. Because the living room is extended with a balcony, a very playful façade is created, with balcony’s on different levels.

The owners can also choose for an extension on the roof, these roof constructions stay visually unbind from the rest of the building.
