The Waterfront Development in Sydney

This is a waterfront development which is located along Sydney’s Homebush Bay. This site was designed by Joshua International Architects. This building will be known as Sanctum. This project will offer residents water views over Homebush Bay, a rooftop garden terrace, a gym, basement parking and unique architectural features that will feature Asian influences. The outdoor water features with a gazebo that will seem to float.

This project will reflect high standards of luxury and design. Sanctum will be ideal for retirees and empty-nesters looking to downsize from larger homes. It will also appeal to those seeking a blissful escape from the bustle of densely populated suburbs. The construction of this building is expected to start early in 2010. It will take 16 months to reach completion, with the pre-sales campaign set to commence in January when the project is officially launched.
