It’s a housing complex which measures 630,000 square meters and reaches a height of 37 storeys. This is Everrich 2 apartments which was designed by Vietnamese dwp architects. Located in phu thuan ward, Vietnam, these apartments have 3,100 apartment units ranging from 120 to 250 square meters each. There’re also two floors of mixed retail and public space on the ground level.
The concept of building was influenced by a single continuous loop, or a mobius strip. The structure of this building was softened into the shape of an undulating organic wave. It can create different views, sun angles and breeze flows throughout the building. The design offers various styles of dwelling units and many opportunities for different kinds of glazing and natural landscaping. The architects produced a design that maintained good views from all apartments. They also incorporated a number of sustainable details including natural ventilation, sky gardens, green roofs and lavational shading.
