This is the parking garage that would last between 10 and 20 years. The materials that will be use to build the building is recyclable, sustainable, and natural-mimicking materials. This parking garage will be built by Paul de Ruiter Architects.  The exterior of this building consists partially of semi-transparent cloth. It maximizes visibility inside the garage. That semi-transparent cloth also provides a view of the surroundings.

It is made from sustainably-manufactured fibers and from the outside it suggests leaf cover. This parking garage is also completed with energy-efficient technology.  The ventilation will be natural. The attendant’s cabin will be kept warm with a heat recovery system. Besides that, the ramps are low-grade. They won’t have to be heated to remove ice in the wintertime. It’s an eco-friendly parking garage.
