November 3rd, 2011 Filed under: Lighting & Electrical

A simple and beautiful set of pendant lamps made from recycled textile spools that were once used to dye yarn has been created by Italy based design studio King+. This pendant lamp has 100% recycled fixtures from 100% recycled and recyclable plastic reclaimed from textile industry. It features LED bulbs that provide an 85% increase in energy-saving. All the plastic parts are produced under one roof and within the same establishment. At the end of each lamp’s lifecycle, it can be easily disassembled and each piece can be individually recycled.

Although the pendent fixture is almost weightless, the soul’s design is similar to a rock combined with plastic, yarn and originality. Dubbed Re +, the pendant lamps are available in various interchangeable colors in order to suit all interior environments and your mood.  The characters of this pendant lamp are environmental sustainability and simplicity. This design was honored as the winner of “The House of the Third Millennium” 2009 competition.
