House for Couple and Two Teenage Children

This is the single family townhouse in New York. This home garden design was created by Fernlund + Logan Architects, located on East 32nd Street, NYC. This home was renovated by adding a new deck overlooking the rear garden which extends the living area visually and physically. This house is special designed for a couple with two teenage children.

The original details on the parlor floor were changed. It’s restored and juxtaposed with a stark contemporary kitchen and furniture. The walkthrough kitchen joins and separated the dining and living room. There’re the family’s bedrooms in the upper floors. There’s also an open office and studio space on the basement. That space is accessed directly from the street in order to give privacy to the family above.
