Futuristic House Design in Madrid, Spain

This modern granite and glass house was created by Spanish architects Acero. This futuristic house is located in Puzelo de Alarcon in Madrid, Spain. It is situated on a slope, inclined toward a lake. So it can be used for an upper and a lower terrace for outdoor living and entertaining. The house design features a façade of curved walls of stone dark granite and marble travertine. It provides as well as dramatic welcome. The water feature flows from outside to the entry which makes this home more futuristic.

The house is divided into upper and lower level. The upstairs hall, it is lined with skylight. The skylight leads to the essence of luxury living. In the upstairs you’ll find a large kitchen, wine vault, dining room, lounge and library. If we continue, we’ll get into the home’s private living spaces such as the main bedroom, dressing area, bathroom, and an indoor swimming pool and gym. In the lower level, we’ll find the games room, home theater, kid’s and guests’ bedroom, and the service area. The house is also equipped with computerized system, putting computerized lighting, safety, blinds and air conditioning controls.
