Beautiful House Across The Beautiful Beach

Built in impressive time and under budget by Ian Hipwood of Hipwood Constructions can bring this stunning home across the beach. This building is designed by Paul Toulson from Total Design in Miami.  When you want to enter this room you are greeted by a spectacular space, an open living/dining/kitchen and lounge area bathed in natural light from floor to ceiling – and when that ceiling reaches up a full three stories.

There’s a private elevator that confirms the size of the home and offers a choice for ascending the voluminous space. There are five bedrooms: two double bedrooms boasting queen sized beds and one for the kids with two single beds, each with its own en-suite. The master bedroom on the upper level has it all – plush, white leather upholstered bed fitted with luxurious bedding in moody midnight blues.

The sliding glass doors lead on to a private balcony. You can have a close-up view of the magnificent Pacific Ocean while glass louvred windows allow cool summer. There’s a pool which was designed in constant and comfortable temperature of 28°C. If we come to this place in the right time, we’ll see the migrating whales breaching and blowing plumes of water just behind the line of breaking surf. The main living area opens directly on to an open air pavilion which is covered with a rich cedar wood ceiling. We can have our dinner, evening barbeque with friends, or afternoon cocktail in that space. This is the real private home across the beautiful beach.
